you can get a billet 28 oz 157 tooth for the T5 that mounts a 10 1/2 diaphragm (King Cobra style) on eBay for $110 to 150. The flywheel is the same for 289 and 351

I am using 16x8 American Racing rims with 4.5 inch back spacing on the front and back with no rubs or issues. Tires are 225VR16. +1 on the Dodgestang site for what will work. Nick put a lot of work into the spreadsheet.

I used a 16 inch fan from Speedway and it pulls 2500 cfm. I also went with an over sized 20 inch aluminum radiator. The 66 can idle all day in 100 degree heat with no problem. Pics and info: http://chris66dad.tripod.com/id39.html

We did ours ourselves when I painted the the car. It took about 3 hours to tape ad mask and get the spacing correct and about $100 in materials. I would think it should add around $500 to the cost of a complete paint job. Pictures of us painting them: http://chris66dad.tripod.com/id23.html

I am an amateur that painted my own car and I got it right. A pro should not have done that!

I cut 1 1/2 inches off of the radiator support on each side to open up the airflow. I also had to drill new mounting holes. This is not a mod if you want to maintain an "Original" car.

I modified my 66 to accept a 20 inch 1967 aluminum radiator. I had to cut the radiator to open it up but later found others have not done this. I bought my radiator from Mustang Steve when he was sell them. I can idle all day in 100 degree weather and never overheat Pics and info here...

I have the new CSRP kit the uses 1999+ Mustang GT rotors and aluminum PBR calipers. All of the CSRP kits are top notch and high quality. Dennis is second to none in his knowledge and customer support.

I also went with the TJ unit from ebay. Add up all the costs, for me it was the best deal. I did not have the tools to rebuild my old 8 inch
