+1 on the sticking reverse light switch. I believe the reverse light circuit disengages cruise so it can not engage when in reverse.

Why kill performance? Sub 3.00s will yield a slug off the line, and in-town MPG will suck. A good CAI and tune with exhaust mods will get you to near 20 mpg town, near 30 mpg hiway. I am doing it with my '08, and performance is very good.

Happened to my '08 a couple months ago. Secured cap, several times. Same. Filled tank, made sure cap secure, error message cleared in a couple days. Who knows?
