    You want to get a 96/early 97 exploder intake because it will have the internal EGR passage, a boss on the #5 cylinder runner for the ACT sensor and a boss on the rear lower for the EGR coolant return.     post up a pic of the floatless carb if its a Holley check the jets also check the return spring on your accelerator linkage at WOT to ensure it is functioning properly. Some guys add a second spring to remedy a sticky pedal.
