    Based on the cam your running vic jr's would be best as they have a 75% IvE. Followed by the AFR 185's 76% IvE. The AFR 205's would be better with a different cam as they benefit more from a cam with more intake duration with a IvE of 81%. I think, I'm still trying to get all the equations...

    Yes. The ford ones are part# SP-432, they are platinums but that's what I used. I tried the Accel shorty plugs but they had the same problem with the threads.

    long one is 5" long 7/16" diameter with 1-13/32" of thread. short ones 3/8" diameter 1-3/4" long

    There is a collar in the back of the tranny that will cause a vibration, you need to remove the driveshaft to check it though.

    I have ported GTP's and am able to beat my friends 06 GT with 4.10's, a CAI, diablo tune and flowmaster exhaust. I do it on 205 street tire too.

    Those will work. They are regular torque to yield head bolts. I am using the old Hex head ones on mine and they are fine.
