Getting there, slowly but surely... the track decided to open cause the weather was nice, but no 1/8th mile recordings, no VHT, and my buddy had to grab the water hose and spray for our burnouts.. [no one was there..] there was maybe 10 people there racing total.. was nice.. but no track prep...

Motor still runs good... has 38 PSI oil press @ idle when fully hot... [195*] but.. I think this motors about had enough.... :( and probably could use a rebuild. [it was nitroused like crazy in 2002 season]. it makes some mechanical sounds if you havent run it for a few weeks then fire it up...

Any dyno #s with the new BBK intakes yet? Just wondering if anyone has dynoe'd one of these new BBK intakes to be better than the current [Edelbrock Performers, Holley, Trick Flow, etc.] ones at all? [even if its only better by 5 HP / 5 TQ] As far as more low end TQ? More upper end HP...
