    I am having the same problem I have an idea to use the existing cable but haven't had the chance to implement it yet. I will post pics as soon as I do, but dont hold your breath...I'm pretty bad with that stuff.

    Fuel sending unit gasket replacement.

    Yes but I believe that the o ring shifted when I installed the sending unit. RTV will hold up enough to act as an "adhesive," long enough to install it correctly, same as grease or vasoline would. Thats my thinking anyway. Ive installed one before with no problems, this newer sending unit came...

    Thats some good advice. I was planning on trying some RTV. I had just installed a new one after painting the tank, I filled it with gas yesterday to only find out it leaks! Ruined the paint, just one more thing to add to the list!

    Yea, I was checking that out. Pretty sweet setup, I am looking to go coilover but don't want to change the control arms(yet,or at all initially, I was hoping not to anyway). 6 in seems about right. Would anyone know what the stock travel is on a '66?

    Thanks for the quick reply ARPM! Looks like you were only able to get 4.125 inches of travel with the off the shelf QA1 parts from jegs and autofab. How did that suit you? I am considering doing the same thing(the DR4955P shocks with the t-bar conversion) Is there anything you would have done...

    ARPM, Do you have anymore detailed dimensions for these plates? (i.e. hole locations, dimensioned?) I've been eyeing that Ron Morris kit, but I'm pretty sure I can make the plates for cheaper and buy the coilovers elsewhere. Thanks
