It is possible that the cat. could be damaged and clogged. The honeycomb inside is more delicate than you'd think. A little extra heat and they crack. The downstream O2 sensor sees the change and trips the light. That usually occurs before an engine misfire; which would also trip the light...

05-06 seems to be a different supercharger than a 07-09. I'm not sure why exactly, but I do know the 05-06 exhaust hangers are different... lol, but that's not a big deal. Personally, I would buy a 2007 forward just because of the miles.
