    Wanting to lower the steed

    i have bbk LTs and sportlines, and my headers have never actually dragged on anything, dragged my mid-pipe a couple times though. it would be wise to get a set of c/c plates, although technically springs is all you need to lower it, im still on stock shocks, and it seems to being working ok.

    lol its really not that hard, when i filled my differential i didnt have the 2 extra jack stands so i just had the back on jack stands, and i jacked the front up from the front of the door area, and put pieces of wood under the tires until the car was level

    yea its not that hard. if you jack the back of the car up first, the part under the drivers door is going to go up not down, only the part infront of the front wheels will get lower.

    just curious, how high are you revving it? i thought that typhoon intake only made a big difference if you were turning high rpms, and heard that it could hurt power lower in the rpm band

    its pretty unlikely you can use the shims that are already in there. i did that at first with the carrier shims, there was absolutely no backlash and the gear wouldnt turn was locked tight, and the original shims are one piece on each side so you cant adjust them. as for the pinion idk i used...

    mine is the same way except i have sportlines. my car sits half inch lower on the front drivers side than the passanger. and in the back the drivers side is between 1/8 to 1/4 inch lower than the passanger side. it could be you springs or could be the car. i never measured the car stock to see...
