Just to clear up, the oil that was put in the car consisted of not only oil, but also grease, anti-freeze, and any other fluids that may appear in an old boat engine.

Fuel pressure on manifold gauge is reading 30lbs but unfortunately, I'm not sure exactly where it was before.

Hissin, I just went out in the garage and cut the old fuel filter in half. It looks remarkably normal to me. If the fuel filter looks normal and the plugs look normal, I guess the fuel pump is the next place to go. What is the best way to do a flow check? Link ?

Thanks for the help. I did replace the filter tonight but it is still running very badly. The tank was nearly empty when he put the oil in it so I guess its possible the system is just too mucked up. I did pull a spark plug and surprisingly, that didn't look too bad. Any thoughts on fuel pump?

rotors aren't drilled or slotted. Clunking is very heavy but only at low speeds. Anyone had to change out ABS sensors before?

We tried cleaning the front ABS sensors this weekend and didn't seem to help at all. Anyone every put in new sensors? Is this difficult?

Its very dramatic. Is there an ABS module that can be replaced? We've replaced about every other electronic module - might as well add that one. If no module, any ideas on what else to consider in the way of rectifying the situation?

Thanks so much for the info. We recieved our clutch cable and adjuster and put everything back together and it seems to work great - with better engagement point than we had in the past. Really appreciate the help we've recieved on this forum !

2 times now, the clutch cable has slipped off what I assume is the "quadrant" (under the driver side near firewall). This piece does not appear to be stock as it is a polished aluminum assembly and I suspect Ford wouldn't have put such a nice part in a hidden area. How can we identify what...

I believe that PIP, Stator and Hall Effect Sensor are all different names for the same part. I better let someone with more experience answer about the autozone distributor. I have an MSD distributor in mine (94 GT 347 stroker). I suppose you could try rebuilding your new Autozone...
