My 91 302 is Idling really high when its running and it has a check engine light. When I press in the clutch it idles normal and the check engine light goes away. Even while the car is in gear the problem is still there. Any clues?

I have a 91 GT and I just recently swapped in another 302. It was running good for a couple days. Now I am having trouble starting it and when I do get it to run it Idles really high about 2200 rpm. I know its not the IAC or the TPS I checked those and they where good. It also stutters when I...
