    Shelby at SEMA show

That's for Carroll Shelby's own line, not the Shelby GT500!

eaton, according to car and driver.

Umm, are you under age? I don't know about England, but the Mustang Dyno and Dynojet Dyno numbers thing is very, very, very old news. And on a Dynojet 03/04 Cobra's have seen over 380RWHP SAE. Therefore the 03/04 Cobra was/is an underrated car when speaking of HP!

    Z06 vs GT500 (rant)

Find one for 70K. It's more like 90K at the dealership. As mentioned there is no comparison between the 40K Cobra and the new Z06.

No argument here, however after some quick research, http://www.coloradocobras.com/whipple/superchargers/twin-screw-superchargers.html

eaton, according to car and driver.

A roots type/style supercharger is an Eaton, Whipple, KB, etc. A single screw would be what Eaton puts out and twin screw is what Whipple and KB put out. Who the hell drives a 16+ psi car around under 6psi?

eaton, according to car and driver.

Who gives a crap about anything but peak? Especially with roots style blowers. They are low RPM performers for the most part anyway. It is a fact that a twin screw does out perform a single screw. If it didn't, there wouldn't be one!

Anyone ordering a GT500 or are you merely salivating ?

Well as posted on other sites, Since there were no Cobra's for 05 and 06, I think SVT will produce well over 10,000 units and there won't be a problem and ony the ones that are hard up will pay over MSRP. It happend with the 03's. History usually repeats itself.

Anyone ordering a GT500 or are you merely salivating ?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. You'll be lucky if they stick with it. If these cars are going to be 10K over sticker as most think, then you won't get squat for MSRP, unless the dealership your dealing with is good friends or ass backward and don't know any better.

Anyone ordering a GT500 or are you merely salivating ?

You can't order one yet! You probably won't be able to until March 2006

Anyone ordering a GT500 or are you merely salivating ?

I will have one, but I don't think I'm ordering, I feel the price will be stupid, until they start sitting on lots. Which I'm confident they will.

I meant why would you ask that question on such a low posting area of the forums? and what does it have to do with a GT500?

Help me sort fact from fiction
