Thinking this doesn't look too good. 97 GT

If it's bright & shiny, that's not good. I think you've got two pieces of metal hittin' each other.

    Steering Wheel Question

I can't say for sure, but I imagine they would all have the same mounting points, as the steering wheel part number is the same for a base V6 as it is for a GT Premium. At least, it is from 1999 through 2004.

    Battery won't charge

I would suggest a voltage test to see if you have a battery drain, but since you've already started swapping out parts ... have you replaced the cigarette lighter? It could be sheer coincidence the two events happening in tandem; however, it's certainly possible a short at the lighter itself is...

    2001 mustang cobra

The shift forks were problematic from the factory, not necessarily due to bad shifts. I think there were two TSBs about shift forks from '01 - '03? By now, they should have been been replaced if they were defective or misaligned.

2001 ford mustang gt engine swap to 5.0

I assume you mean swapping to a 5.0 Coyote motor, in which case: http://www.mustangandfords.com/how-to/engine/1412-how-to-install-coyote-5-0l-engine-on-new-edge-mustang/ However, if you mean swapping to the old 5.0 pushrod motor, the first thing you have to consider is whether your state allows...

    Drag radials

Don't be an ass - try some civility or go to another forum. You didn't know what the term 'drag radial' meant & now you've learned something. Appreciate the knowledge you've gained & say thank you, like a man.

    Drag radials

The post is titled Drag Radials & his first sentence reads: "I'm going to the local track and need advice on the best size drag radial." Drag radials are street tires & the BFG G-Force Sport Comp 2s are a drag radial. So are BFG G-Force T/As & MT Streets - they're all D.O.T.-approved drag radials.

    Clutch problems

The clutch quadrant & pedal connection are all visible from inside the car, so I'd suggest getting your head down into the footwell to see if anything is misaligned, bent or becoming disconnected. Depress & release the clutch pedal a few times so you can see how the cable moves & if everything...

    Drag radials

I lik the Sport Comps, although they don't make them in the width I used to run. If you want something really wide, the Rival S is what you'd need to look at.

    Drag radials

BFGS all the way if you're going to keep them on the car, specifically because they grip excellent & are decent in the rain. I had BFG 315s on my BUllitt for six years (stored winters) & saw plenty of bad weather driving with them. Great tire.

    2003 EcoStang

Spending upwards of $1,000 on a body kit is not economical - put that money into drivetrain, brake & suspension mods. Also, I've heard very little praise for the Duraflex kits - most people say they're garbage. If you're buying a V6 & going fast is your second priority, then save your money &...

2001 GT New Gears Problems? Maybe?

The FRPP 3.73 in my '01 Bullitt "whines" considerably on rapid decel, but it was installed by a knowledgeable shop & has over 5,000 miles in the last three years, so I chalked it up to different ring/pinion connection point or contact surfaces, which makes the metal sound different. I'm not...
