    I'm having a similar problem. I jumped it at the firewall at the high pressure switch and the clutch didn't engage. checked the fuses in the fuse box and under the dash. none were burnt out. I'm at a loss.

    looks like a good buy. I would agree with pete on the cutting down of the rear axle and replacing the axle with the short one. a really good headstart on putting a v8 in it. I am in the middle of doing the research of doing the i6 to 8 swap

    i am wavering between either a 289 -> 331 0r a 302 -> 347 and the dressing be all period correct aftermarket. but for the brakes im thinking the s197 ones if i can. I would really love a s351 motor to drop in and just say screw it
