For those doing research on a NA setup and TrickFlow 4.6 heads

I went to another tuner north of town. You can probably guess who as there aren't a whole lot of in the SA area. But I wont put their name out there like that...they were nice and all but just not what I was looking for as far as tuning. And I agree Tracy and Tim are awesome.

For those doing research on a NA setup and TrickFlow 4.6 heads

Thought I'd give you an update for those doing research on a Naturally Aspirated setup with the TrickFlow Specialty 4.6 Twistwed wedge heads. Especially when the knowledge is scarce for these particular heads, even on the web. Had another tuner tweak the car, this time on a Mustang Dyno. The...

    A little frustrated...

Have you ever visited the website that reads "www.Mustang Evolution.com"? On there you can find a tab for "Mustang History" and then search by year. But keep in mind that the 94-98 Mustangs are similar in design and options. So in order to fully understand the options that are relevant to your...

Should I go with a larger MAF on next tune?

I need some tech advice regarding a larger MAF sensor. I have listed mods at bottom and I'm headed to a different tuner but I'm thinking of throwing in a larger MAF sensor hoping for a better tune with the graeter flow of air already coming in. Is this even worth it? Or is a larger MAF more for...

Hotstang_46... no worries guy. I cant comment on TFS or there techs...all I have is whats in front of me. So I just chose to share and let individual decide. I do plan on trying another tuner...guys at Lethal Perfoamnce were cool but feel there's got to be a way to squeeze more torque...

Wow didnt think this would attract "this" type of attention...but entertaining none the less. Haven't been to the track as of yet...hurricane knocking at my door and flooding everywhere is insane right now. Hotstang_46...I understand your arguement on the issue of "STD" and I should have...

at last my Dyno Numbers for trick flow heads

No offense taken...almost flattering to be honest. I understand the skepticism. I went in with high hopes and was placing friendly bets with a friend while the guys at Lethal Performance were setting up and the tuner overheard our numbers...and made the "face" you know the one that says, "wow...

at last my Dyno Numbers for trick flow heads

Well finally got my car to the dyno....to tune and run some pulls. I have been getting a lot of questions about the numbers due to the new Trickflow heads and the curiosity that comes with them but have been away for a year or so. But recently back and hit the dyno this afternoon. Final result...

    New Stang

Your throw out bearing is more related to your clutch than your gears. As one is located near the tranny and the other in the rear. Its usually advisable to replace clutch and T/O at the same time but definetly not mandatory. On the flip side a tuner and gears go hand in hand. Especially if you...

    New Stang

I second the weld in muffler or resonators vice getting all new piping. Easy on the wallet and can apply funds to other additions. IMO would can the JLT and instead drop an K&N filter for now and hit up an SCT tuner and 3:73 or 4:10 gears and a welded in muffler of choice. And if you could spare...

    Cam questions...

Stage 1 grinds offer a increase in top end torque and give a nice rumble at idle. Stgae 2's begin to attract spectators , whether wanted or not is a matter of opinion. Both can be dropped in without the addition of new valve springs, stage 1' more so than the stage 2's, but I highly recommend...
