    i painted my wheels the same way after i saw your post. I painted mine with a gun and two part clear and wet sanded. They turned out awesome but i guess i didnt use enough wet shine because my tires still have paint on them but o well

    If the car has underdrive pulleys it will not charge well or at all at an idle but should around 1500 to 2000 rpm on the 88-93 from my experience

    Warm start up surging idle/stalling out

    mine did that and i took the idle air motor off the throttle body and cleaned it real good with brake and parts cleaner and it cleared right up. just work the valve manually with a small rod or screwdriver while cleaning it
