    identifying gear set

I guess the easiest and most accurate way would be to count the teeth on the ring gear then divide that by the teeth on the pinion gear, for example if your ring has 41 teeth and the pinion has 10 (41 / 10) would equal 4.11 gear ratio.

    Interior Redecorating

No more than 4 coats of color and 2-3 of clear and you should be fine, from my past experience if you put to much on it just doesn't look right. Just make sure it's very clean, I used rubbing alcohol and lint free cloth.

    Shock Question?

I am thinking of replacing my 71-73 style shocks & mounts with those from a '70. Basically because they are better looking than the 71-73 style. Anyone know of a reason why this wouldn't work or think it would be a bad idea, or do you have any other ideas? Here are some random pics for...

Beefed up my lower control arms

Beefed up my upper & lower control arms I wasn't happy with how weak the replacement LCA's were so I beefed mine up a bit with some 10 ga metal. It's pretty simple if you have access to a welder and a vertical band saw, not to mention inexpensive. Just thought some of you diy'ers would like to...
