I just had a chance to pull the wheels off and the fronts are definitely 15x4, but the rear are 15x8 not x7. I am also including the lugs that go with them.

the 96 spindles will increase the width of the front, limiting what size wheel and tire you can run. Stick with the 94-95 spindle. I have been able to find them for between 150 and 200 at most yards.

This is a great kit, it used to be a Ford Racing Kit. However it keeps the stock hub style front rotor which will drastically limit your wheel selection.

Like you said there are several different ways to get 5 lug on your fox, unfortunately most of them will not work with the newer style wheels. The SSBC kit is one of the ones that will not work. The Fox body front brakes rotors are the hub style. These will not work with the newer wheels...
