    I have never had an issue re-using the stock intake bolts. There is not much torque on them and doubt they ever stretch. clean them up good first and you should be all set.

    my head gasket blew real bad, filled the crank with about 2l of coolant. when i pulled the heads i found that the dowel was sucked up into the head all the way. where do you get the proper dowel? and can the dowel be reused? i reused mine 3 head swaps.

    Make sure your on the base circle of the cam when adjusting these rockers. I think that is your problem.
