I got that one out my cutting down the size of my Allen wrench with my Dremel so there was clearance. It would have been easier with the fuel rail off.

You dont need the thermactor air system to pass emissions because the diverter valve located on the air pump hose is vac operated and only pumps air into the back of the heads for like 1 minute at cold start- after that the diverter valve dumps ALL air to the Hpipe- this is why you never bring...

correct- WB use a much broader voltage range which is much more accurate- I use a AEM wide band but got it for almost 450.00! this site here it is much cheaper-$ 350.00 is a great price- http://store.yahoo.com/sgpracing-store/aemuewiafmo.html

a WB o2 has a much broader voltage spectrum thus more accurate...

hey I just got the same guage and installed it this past weekend- it was really east to install and I used a stock floor pan drian plug to run the wires through.. my idle at fully warmed engine is about 14:7-15:2 and the same at cruise speeds- at heavy throttle is actually bottoms out below 11:1...

yes, the tube unbolts from the 76mm mass air housing- there are interchangable tubes for different fuel injector sizes I am running lean because the tube was for 24# injectors which had a smaller opening then the 19# tube- I put the 19# tube back in so the computer thinks the car is getting...

how did you know you blew a head gasket if it passed the leakdown and compression tests???? did you just take off the heads for the hell of it? did the car run funny with them blown?

that is my current bandaid fix till the AFPR and another dyno tune...

but isnt it richer since more air is flowing over the mass air wires?
