    mine did the same thing when I replaced the thermostat because I didn't get the air out of the system. AS they said get the car up to temp with the cap off and squeeze the upper hose to work the bubble through that forms in that hose. if that doesn't work then you can start throwing parts...

    Need help installing a Mach 460 system.

    I think there are 2, 4 pin connectors that go from the kick panels on through the doors to connect to the speakers. Also don't forget that the tweeter pods and the door panels are different. It is really more trouble then it is worth to instal the factory system to tell the truth...
