    Hey fellas great work saving these rustangs. I got a quick question regarding epoxy on the interior of the pillars. When you are welding the new outers do you remove the epoxy where the spot welds are, or melt through it? Thanx, and Keep it up

    Our early 65 coupe is a life long mn car. Has not been registered since '81 probably stored outside since then too. I guess for the $650 purchace price I can afford a couple of Gs in sheet metal.

    I went to get an estimate today...

    If you already know how to use airtools and mig weld+have a garage, I would go for it. there are many good people on here that can help when u get stuck or just need a oppinion.

    8 inch Rearend

    I believe you can get a 8.8 out of a foxbody/notch back. i think they are 4lug also, however i dont know all the specifics as lug pattern, total length, I also think you have to mod the spring perches for leafs.

    you can try to use 2" self tap-er to suck it up or big vice-grip or two/3 then make spot weld

    Help 66 wont start

    could be the carb needs cleaning which aint to bad just pay att. n make sure you work over something so you dont lose every thing. also help full to have some one turn it over while you are at the carb. On ours i had to hold choke closed, once warmed up i was able to adjust the carb.
