My unisteer pump bolted right on but my water pump goes out the passenger side. Idk if that makes a difference? If I get a chance tomorrow I'll try and get a couple pictures for you.

Mountain Home is about an hour drive from where I live. I'll keep an eye out for it and maybe it will turn up at a show over here and I can get some better pictures for you guys.

We used JBA mid lengths on my dads 66 when we did the AOD swap. I was really impressed with the quality and fit of these but they are a little spendy.

Hmmm I thought several years of the explorer had those heads? Was there any difference between the cobra and the explorer head ie: port size, combustion chamber cc's?

What was the best year for the GT40 heads or were there no changes made?

Does anyone know how wide it is and what bolt pattern it uses? Might have to look into dropping one into the new '67 project :)

Are you sure the surfaces were clean? If there is oil on them the permatex cant do its job.

Do you mean for the 351w swap into a 65-66?

Well I couldnt wait any longer. I ordered 2 power racks from Unisteer today(one for my car and one for my dads) They dropped the price even more for ordering 2 and I should see them by the end of next week.
