    Help needed with head gaskets

    There seems to be a production issue with head gaskets, this might sound crazy but I drill the extra coolant holes into the head gaskets and have noticed a huge decrease of cylinder head temps!!

    On the 96-98 Cobra it always seems to be the valve lash adjusters, Trick Flow Makes HIPO replacements=Higher RPM's.............And you don't have to remove the cams!!!!!!!

    Good stuff, any suggestions on how hard it is to put the fuel lines in is that also plug and play with the existing fuel lines from the v-6.

    I've built a naturally aspired 460 truck block with std size 460 forged pistons,std size 460 forged rods, and standard size 460 forged crank with main girdle that put out 720 hp on a engine dyno. If you want to throw boost at it and make more power than this I would recommend a Ford Racing Block.

    Mybe I'm nuts but I heard someone say that the trickflow kit can cause valve to piston clearence issues. I love the trickflow stage 2 cam I have in my 1962 Comet but that engine has custom pistons. I'll have to look into it.

    I want it to be a good street car but still break into the 12's in the quarter at Palm Beach International Speedway (Moroso), also what gears do you recommend 3.27,3.55,3.73,or 4.10?? Everyone can post pics or comments of what has worked best for them...........:pics:
