I'm sure it's been talked about,but will it work without problems?

A guy i know has some ceramic BBK headers for a 351W part #15110.Will these bolt up to my ''86 5.0?I have a BBK X pipe i'll be using also.I can get the headers in a trade,i just don't want to get them if they won't work.

I've made my mind up to buy Ford Racing springs for my "86 GT vert.Either B springs or G's.Some places say the G's are for "79-"04 and some say "94-"04.I'd like to buy these today,so any advice would be great :nice:.Thanks

I've got a real clean "85 Capri i'm thinking of turning into a project(time/funds allow).I'd like to use either a 351W or 460 set up for street/strip duty.What would the pros vs cons of each be???Any input from people who have done these swaps would be great :nice:.
