What is wrong with this system? There is so much condensation forming inside the car on the HVAC housing it is running down the firewall and collecting in the floor and soaking the carpet padding. I can look down the engine side of the firewall and see condensation dripping out of the drain, so...

Is it common for the oil pan gasket to leak where it contacts the front timing cover? This engine has approximately 110K on it. I tried snugging down the pan bolts, but they didn't budge. Is there enough clearance between the motor, oil pump and cross member to remove the pan without jacking up...
