    KYB's Fitment issues!

    KYB shocks and struts If your car is lowered KYB shocks and struts do not work! In fact some suppliers tell you not to buy if lowered.

    The 6 bolt/8 bolt is reference to the number of crankshaft bolts the flywheel uses to mount to the crankshaft. all 4.6 4valve have 8 bolts. all windsor 4.6 2valve have 8 bolts. all romeo 4.6 2valve have 6 bolts. hope this helps.

    There is a sticker on the driver side valve cover,look closely,it will say windsor or romeo,also oil fill tube will be on the pass.side if you have the windsor,then count all the mount bolts for the covers. the windsor has a 13/14 set up.
