    I appreciate the offer but I'm not really interested. And I completely agree... you can't beat the sound of a good old pushrod motor! I had a KB'd Terminator before this car and while it was fast and I did like the car it sure didn't sound as good as this one.

    I don't know who did the port work. The guy I bought the car from I think had them done some where out in CA. They seem to make decent power but I believe they're a bottle neck up top in my combo.

    It's a sportsman B50 with a girdle. Suppose to be good to 550-600 rwhp but as is usually the case that depends on how well everything is balanced, put together and tuned. I'm comfortable pushing it to 550. It is 90% street car and may see the drag strip twice a year and possible an HPDE event...

    Well it won't be getting honed. I believe most just take some fine sand paper or emory cloth and clean off any build up on the side of the piston and maybe inside the bore. We'll see how it goes.
