    Uh, not sure who told you you don't gain much. You will definitely gain power from 5500 rpm on and more importantly, you can extend your redline out to at least 7500 rpm. You don't really lose anything in the lower revs, you just don't gain anything either. Definitely worth the $500. I love...

    Sorry Wrath...I only lurk in this site. Its too confusing to follow. I picked out a 2011 GT with an MSRP of $30,495 + Fees X Plan (As stated on invoice): $28925.90 + Fees Thats it. I don't know who said they have to add for this and that. We don't even charge a prep charge here...

    I'm a dealer at Galpin Ford in Los Angeles. Your X Plan price is on the bottom of the invoice of the car you selected. Every car has a its own X Plan price. That includes destination. Thats the way its always been. You shouldn't need to pay anything over that unless the dealer has added...

    I know the hood itself is about $1100 unpainted. The bumper, grille and foglight assembly have to be at least another grand. Painted, installed, my guess about $2500 to $3000. Then you can start talking about wheels. :)

    No Rear Floor Mats? WTH??

    I've been selling Fords for nearly 9 years. Mustangs have never had rear mats. Sad, but true. I never get complaints tho? Once or twice its been asked, but its true, nobody sits back there. :)

    I'm a salesman myself and I've routinely gone to other dealerships to pick up a car. Like someone said, it's just a Mustang...Ford guys drive those all day, everyday...loosen up man and go get your car!

    Simple economics guys...low quantity, more demand, higher transactional pricing, higher resale value, etc...Thats what happened with the 07-09 Cobras. Ford built to many of them and flooded that market. Ask anyone who had one who traded one in in the last two years what they got for that car...

    You'll need to tune the car with the LT's, so any good tuner should be able to eliminate whatever code pops up.

    Brembo Brake Bargain from Ford Racing

    All the more reason to buy one with the factory Brembo as I did. Want to know why else? Because these, even Ford parts, would not be under warranty. I like having that on a brand new car. Not bad for someone looking to upgrade stock wheels/brakes.

    Lower Control Arms

    Is it worth the switch, probably not. You might notice the responsiveness of the bushings, but highly unlikely. Might as well just get some aftermarket LCA's. The install time wouldn't be worth it for me at least.

    I did the same thing. Had my local muffler shop throw on some Magnaflows and an X-pipe. Car sounds great and cost me $375. I reused my stock tips too. I love magnaflows. My last 3 muscle cars have had them and they flow great, aren't too loud, are nice and bassy and roar when you go...
