    Sandblasting at home

save yourself the time, money and hassle...take your car to a sandblaster to get the body work done and get you a cheap harbor freight cabinet for the small stuff. There is no way I would try to blast the engine bay with a darn home kit. My local sandblaster (sandblaster, not mediablaster) is...

    67 Shock tower problem

cant help you on a measurement..but I doubt they moved. Shock towers are strong as hell...If they seem like they are out to much, they will move back in a tad when you get it on the ground and a motor/trans in it.

    95 donor car for a 65fb

front suspension...no, rear suspension...with some work. You can convert the rear into a leaf spring rear without to much trouble and make it work. The front suspension is not worth messing with. The engine/trans/seats can all be used.

someone bought my car and is having problems with the axle leaking oil...need info

screw that guy..I wouldnt fix anything. Like said above, you have no legal responsibility to fix the car. He bought a used car, he got a used car. Are you sure he didnt roll around with the parking brake on and blow a brake cylinder? I did something like that when I was 16 and that is what...

    Electronic Fuel Pump

electric fuel pumps are more of a pain then they are worth. If you dont need extra fuel or high pressure for fuel injection...I wouldnt mess with it.

    69 Hood Hinges

Id just paint them.. Hood springs are pretty easy... just use a set of vice grips and grip and clap on the the front end and pull like hell. Have someone hold the hood while you do it.

    69 Hood Hinges

I believe it is the spring, not the hinge. Springs wear out over 30 years and are responsible full pulling the hinge all the way down.

    Tank armor question

Depending on how big of a fuel cell you want, you can have one made at your local boat shop. They make custom aluminum fuel cells all the time. Last I knew, you could get one for $14/gal. So, a custom aluminum fuel cell for $300-400. Fuel Safe is just outrageous
