Need assistance with my cowl side panel

no I'm talking about the gap at the post. I know my cowl is gone...and I was going by that big hole from where it originally was when I trimmed it. It's pretty much where the old hole was. ok 2 questions. do you think that the flange on the firewall is too big? and is that how it meets the post...

Need assistance with my cowl side panel

how is it too short? it's in a decent position considering I take off some off the firewall side, and like I said, I actually have it overlapping some of the old side. I'll have to take a picture to show you.

Need assistance with my cowl side panel

I know it's a patch. I actually had to trim it down because it was way too long. and I'm pretty sure I didn't cut it too much because it reaches the firewall and rocker points pretty good. (just have to trim the firewall patch obviously)

    Installing a cowl side

I decided I'm going to replace the whole right cowl side panel. I didn't see a writeup on this so, how difficult is this to do? Can I do it with the dash still installed? I'm worried about getting to welds where there's so little room. it's a 66

    1 frame connector?

Oh yea, I forgot to ask. I read a thread on here and there was a little debate on if the connectors should be installed with the suspension loaded or unloaded. I always heard unloaded, but now I'm not sure. Same question for the torque box too.

    1 frame connector?

I am going to be putting in the right side floorpan in soon and have a small issue. I want to put in a subframe connector and maybe my own torquebox before the pan so I have access to reapply the burnt off rustproofing. But, my left framerail is bad and needs a full replacement and I don't...
