i just bought a 91 lx 4cyl and want to drop a v-8 in it. does anyone know of a high quality conversion kit? the car will be street driven as well as drag raced occasionally. it is an automatic, so i also want to make it a five speed. any information would help.

im planning on buying a crate engine. im looking for opinions on the pro's and con's of a 347 vs a 331. its going to be street driven, and will also see frequent trips to the drag strip. also with a crate motor im wondering if i should go carb or EFI

i dont have any mods yet. just a K&N cold air so far. the mass air is going to be next. wondering if i will see any difference in power with just that?

im a firm believer in you get what you pay for. dont mind paying a little more for something that will handle the upgrades down the road

is anyone running an aboco mas air meter? if so, how much of a difference does it make, or what other mass air's are good?

the BFG's are much stickier then the 215's that were on there. cant wait to take it to the track and see if i cant drop it a couple 10ths of the 14.3 i ran last week

went with the 255 60's. bf goodrich t/a's. much better then the junk that came on there. they will do until i do the 5 lug conversion

i just bought a set of turbine rim last night and was wondering what is the widest tire i can put on them. the guy i bought them says they will take a 275 60 15. that sounds a little wide, but if it would work that'd be nice. or would i be better of with a 245?
