Hey guys I own a 2003 Mach 1 with just over 8,000 original miles. My service engine light came on and I went and got the code for the car to see if I could find the problem. The code is: P0420. I recently replaced the stock Hpipe with a Xpipe, so I was wondering if anyone has gotten this code...

Idk where you are located. But there is a Mach 1 for sell in Las Vegas for $12000 and it has 68k miles on it. Just giving you a heads up.

Is that photo by you or is that a factory picture? And do you know if the allignment will work for a 2003 Mach 1? Thanks

I thought about doing 3.73's but they really arent much of a jump from the 3.55. I got myself a xpipe now I just need a catback to finish the exhaust. Is the CAI better than a RAI?

Yeah I havent had any driving or performance problems, and thats what the code said. Its more that it just annoys me when Im driving.

Do you have any suggestions on what brands to use?

Yeah it was great find. The guy I bought it from had it stored in his garage. If I do some highway runs will the light go off or do I need to clear it first? Do you think both sensors on bank 1 would need to be replaced?

No the car is completely stock. It hasnt even reached 5000 miles on the odometer yet. A buddy of mine thinks maybe the code came on because it sat in the previous owners garage without it being driven enough. How could I go about cleaning it out?
