I was putting in glow gauges on my 98 V6 & for some reason they aren't lighting up, I have double checked & they are grounded & hooked up to power, anyone know what's wrong with them?

I have a 98 & I was wondering how I could tell what is wrong with my OEM gauges, I think the speedometer & RPM are the only ones that are messed up. When I hit about 55 or 60 mph the speedometer will stick unless I dramatically increase or reduce my speed & my RPM is stuck on 2, it looks...
