My cd player does not function correctly, and I am wanting to remove just the cd player section to install gauges back in its spot. Will all the regular radio and factory amp parts still work with just a simple removal?

I have done everything I know to do. When you turn the a/c on, the fan will turn on to the low speed, other wise it will not run on by itself. When I unplug the sensor in the coolan rail, the fan turned on to the low setting then immediatly to the high speed bringing the temp down very quickly...
