    you dont need a spring compressor.. just do what mustangworld.com says to do. my fronts took 30-40min each or so to replace.

    What's the difference between the tokico shocks/struts….

    I’m looking at either the tokico illumina’s or the Dspec… whats the difference between the 2, I know the dspec cost more, but what is the “performance” difference, is there any?

    I have a V6 with the Roush springs.. and I'm thinking that over leave, I want to put some “nice” shocks and struts on my car, besides the stock factory crap…possibly a new sway bar as well Anyhow, what brand to get with the roush springs… tokico, or kyb? Id like to know what you guys...

    you can get roush v6 springs, that do more require you to replace your shocks and struts, the roush springs are designed to be used with the stock stuff, and it improves the handling of the car immensely... thats what i went with... and if you do it right, everyone will think you have a body kit...
