CEL flashing, bad idle, severe misfire, P0302 P0316, compression test results

Evo- just an old retired electrical engineer with too much time on his hands. Been wrenching on anything that moves since I was old enough to hold a wrench. Worked my way through school thanks to a couple of different Ford dealership service departments. These days spend way to much time in...

CEL flashing, bad idle, severe misfire, P0302 P0316, compression test results

Evo- watched your video. Fuel pressure is that high b/c your IAT and coolant temps are causing it. Computer will ramp fuel pressure sky high when IAT >100* AND coolant temp is >200* to keep fuel from boiling in the rails, so that's normal. Keep up the good work. This has been a very...

    Bullitt Throttle Body Spacers

Haven't seen any TB spacers, but really haven't looked. Don't waste the $$$ on UDP, your Bullitt came with them from the factory. Same with the CAI. Bolt-ons aren't going to get you much from this engine. I'd recommend gears. 3.73 or 4.10. It won't get you any more power, but it will sure...

Hey buddy. Not too bad for a first shot, but these guys are right. Practice. Practice. Practice. Also looks like you need a little more prep work before you start melting metal. I've been in the welding business for more than 20 years. If you need some help/advice--- just ask. Remember...

    borgeson steering done!

Very cool. Keep us posted. I'm trying to decide between the borgeson and a rack and pinion conversion for my 67. Did you use your original column or go aftermarket? Also, did you do anything else to the front suspension?

    Powder Coat Brake Calipers?

I'm sure you know you'll still need to bleed the system when the calipers are reinstalled. The idea is to minimize the amount of air and moisture that's gonna get into the system.
