If you use poly in both ends of the upper control arms, you will get binding. Binding is bad. Use polyurethane in the lowers, both ends, and get aftermarket arms. They normally come with polyurethane. I recommend a matched set of control arms, upper and lower, with polyurethane bushings in...

Spindles make no difference in ride height or where the spring perches. Lowering beyond 1.5 inches is not recommended, and gains nothing in handling. You will probably need at least a bump steer kit and a set of caster/camber plates. -- Dan in ND
