I changed the fuses on the fuse box under my dash this did not fix the problem, what should I do now?

2001 V6. The lights are out also where my air controls are and my shifter.

Okay so my lights on my dash lights went out and I took the guagues out to see if I could change the light bulb, but its inside the guage cluster. So I'm guessing i need to change a fuse. If so. Where is the fuses? Whaich one? What type of fuse should i need to replace it?

Hey a couple weeks ago i was putting gas in my stang and the hose got stuck. I had to pull the hose out og the gas tank and now everytime I fill up gas leaks out of my tank where the neck goes into the tank around the rubber piece. What do I need to do about fixing this?

Im wondering what all I can do to build my pony up. I want heads, cam, tuner. cold air intake etc. What would be the best to get?
