This might be a dumb question but how do you know where the number 1 wires goes on the distributor cap?

So I got my 91 GT fired up tonight and it's running a little rough. It's idling rough line the plug wires are on wrong but I checked and they aren't. When I try to rev it up it hesitates really bad. What could my issue be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I'm trying to finish up the S Trim on my 91 and I'm missing the tubing to hook up the bypass valve. Can anyone tell me what tubing/couplings are used? Thanks.

So I recently picked up a 91 GT and the passenger window doesn't work. I noticed wires coming out under the door panel so I removed it to check it out and there are 5 wires disconnected. 3 of the look like factory wires while 2 of them look like jumpers that were added by the previous owner...
