    1800 miles = Service Engine Light

    Your problem could still be with the gas cap, as the pcm won't run an evap montior test unless the fuel tank is 1/4-3/4 full. If you fill your tank full and leave the cap off the light won't set until the pcm runs the evap test sometime after you drop below 3/4 of a tank.

    The "green gunk" is a/c system dye. It's installed into the a/c system from the factory on later model cars. It's used to pinpoint a leak in the a/c system. You have a very large leak in your a/c system and this is why you are seeing the dye. Usually a/c systems leak slowly and a black light...

    Loud bang on startup and loud tapping sound from the top of the engine

    Yep, sounds like ya blew a plug outta the cylinder head. I've repaired a 5.4 engine that did this with a heli coil, alot cheaper then replacing the head and it's still runnin. Might condsider it when ya go to fix it.

    100 hp on diablo?With Diablo logo start up.

    I have the predator for my bullitt and I seen the 100 hp disclaimer when I first used the predator. I'm sure it's for the diesel 100hp tune, not sure why they put that disclaimer in gas application predators though.

    Mach 1 Anyone own a Diablo Tuner

    Just remember the predator can only flash one vehicle at a time. If you want to flash your friend's car then you first have to reflash yours back to the stock tune. Once the predator installs a performance tune into a car it cannot be used on another car until the first car is returned to stock.
