    Just use the one that came with the kit. My previous GT went through 3 OEM TOB's all on the same clutch. Sometimes they squeak, sometimes they don't. It's annoying as hell when it does, but seems to just be the way it is.

    As trinity stated you already have a trac lock. I had similar if not higher miles on my 00' GT when I made the change to 4.10's and retained the original diff unit. Still worked great till I traded it in at 150k. No launch and no race the 28 spline should do you just fine :)

    I think you answered your own question. What are you getting from the horn switch/clockspring to relay? If the relay is hot on one side and the relay is good, your signal for the relay to change state is fail. Do you have a diagram to post? I googled but no luck.

    I say wait for the color combo you really want. There are so many mustangs out there and with you in the market for a GT that really shouldn't be too difficult. Just keep a good eye out. You'll find the right car. Trust me.
