ok... codes ran and only one came up... #21. Can this code happen due to using after a market temperature gauge and a bigger sending unit that came with the gauge? or is my cooling temp sensor need to be replaced? So now that the codes don't reflect my initial concerns, any ideas?

Something else that I forgot to mention is... the fenders are also getting getting very hot and can't be touched for very long. This is when I have the car running in the garage. So, can a clogged cat cause this. I have 4 cats. If so, how do I test for a clogged cat?
