Couple questions, Should the front brakes rub at all or should the rotors spin freely not touching the pads. Does anyone have a picture of how the front springs should sit? Also the car has bbk blue springs, does anyone have info on the quality of these springs. I also may need new shocks...

Yes and no..the car is registered in Indiana. I live on a military base in ca. But I just updated my decals so I won't have to get it tested again for 4 years but I should be out of here by then. I do not want to take smog equipment off. The whole exhaust is shot so I'm wanting to do a prochamber.

Do I have to remove the smog equipment to add an off road h-pipe? 89 lx
