Man you are doing it up big!!! These engines are pretty simple to get together! It’s gonna be a monster build! Are you boosting after you’re done?

I have window problems, please help!

Do you have actual power at the window motor? Have some push the switch and see if the motor is getting power using your DVOM. Or if you have a power probe send power to it and see if it moves.

Electrical 2007 GT500 electric cuts at 2000 RPM

The grounds look like they are mostly on the passenger side engine bay near the radiator support... I’ll take a picture from alldata on Monday and it’ll probably make more sensor lol.

    03 gt Clutch Job

It’s very strait forward. My only recommendation is using a ford racing throw out bearing. And when you’re back there replace your rear main seal and re-seal the block/crank cover. Get new trans fluid for the tranny, and replace the output diff seal on the end of the trans

2006 mustang GT 5.3l with cobra 4v Heads

Supercharger would be your best friend. If 450 is your goal you don’t have to forge it. I just don’t know how well the engine would hold up at 130k miles. I would research that and see how many people have supercharged their high mileage engine.

Steeda Clutch Quadrent Pics And Info

5th year update!! Car is no longer down! Still has the same steeda cable, clutch quadrant and upr fire wall adjuster. Now I have a king cobra stage 2 clutch, pressure plate and flywheel, my god it feels like butter and is fricken amazing. Puts to shame the stock ford one I put in 6 years ago. I...

1999 GT - Oil Dipstick/Tube on Swapped Romeo Engine

The dipsticks are different on the truck because it mounts differently, and the oil pan is different. If you had the truck dipstick tube on the engine I don’t think it would fit at all in the mustang body. My dads 99gt dipstick broke at the tip... I dunno if it’s common but it has happened. I...

2006 mustang GT 5.3l with cobra 4v Heads

My car dyno’d 500rwhp, it’s more than I use, I’m still not used to going full throttle in it. I do miss my 96 mustang gt because I could go full throttle, whip it around turns with the tires smoking, and just have fun with out worrying so much. In my gt500 I have to be careful and on edge...

2006 mustang GT 5.3l with cobra 4v Heads

I might be wrong but I believe the 06 is an aluminum engine block. If it were me I would build that engine and forget the 5.3 stroker!! That engine is way overkill for what you’re trying to do. Forged pistons and rods, new bearings, send the heads off to get redone with better springs and cams...

2006 mustang GT 5.3l with cobra 4v Heads

What car do you have? Year and model, remember s197’s can come with a 5.4 sohc so I’m sure a 4.6 sohc would fit with plenty of room to spare. But ultimately you gotta ask yourself what is your hp goal? A stock 4.6 3v can handle up to 450rwhp. 4.6 3v also has the cheapest best sounding camshafts...

2006 mustang GT 5.3l with cobra 4v Heads

Yes you can, but my god that’s expensive!! You’ll be in that engine set up 7-9k depending on what you’ll use for the heads/cams/valves, timing components, and timing cover with accessories!! Not including if you wanted to turbo or supercharge it!! For that money just buy a complete gt500 engine...

    2014 Shelby GT500 - Dynotune causes lurching/jerky ride

I have sct and everytime I change tunes my car dies when I come to stop pushing in the clutch. It does go away for me but I’ve never had the idle longer at 2000 rpm. I do get the lurching though like it wants to cut out and go. Keep us updated I’m glad it’s not just me that has these problems

Electrical 2007 GT500 electric cuts at 2000 RPM

I would get the alternator tested since you think it’s a problem, but I would do the wiggle test while the car is running. Just shake and wiggle every connector and wire to a sensor. I’ve had these problems before with Honda’s and specifically our new type R’s, the under hood fuse box had bad...

    98 mustang clutch cable

I’ve personally had the steeda adjustable cable on 3 mustangs and it was fine. 2 of those mustang are now above 50k miles since the install years ago. One of the mustangs has the steeda adjustable cable with a stage 2 clutch and doing great. I even did a side by side comparison with pics and...
