previous owner of my car seems to have taken out the ebrake handle and assembly for some unknown reason. havent checked to see if he took out everything yet, but does anyone have a diagram of the ebrake setup? have never really messed with it so im not sure of the system

i have an 88 5.0 5 speed thats been having a few issues...long story short i am trying to pull the codes but im not getting anything?? (using a test light) the light stays lit with key off but goes out and does nothing with key on....the fuel pump/relays prime when i switch it, sometimes...
