All the fuses are good and whenever I give pin 10 12v it still wont fire which leads me to think I have another issue causing this but im still not getting power to the pump even with 12v at pin 10

Disconnected batt fr about an hour no change and nocodes also after I put a pump in it a few months ago it started and ran fora few mins blew the fuse and now no power from ccrm I inject 12v after thee ccrm and the pump does come on but still need to find why I lost power to pin10

Hey guys I have a 96 3.8 it cranks all day but wont start the fuel pump isnt coming on and has no power the inertia switch is good fuse is good all that mess now I found that the ccrm is getting all powerexcept to pin 10 which should be power from the fuse hot all times and the fuse isnt blowing...
