OK, I'm looking at getting a tuner this year, real soon as a matter of fact. Now with that said, I know I should search, but I wouldn't know what criteria to search with... I have an 07 GT with the 5 speed manual, 3.31 factory gears... I bought it in September last year and haven't done a...

So basically, we've taken the best attributes of a speed density and mass air and thrown them into a blender... In theory, (as I recall) speed density, was a "better" way, but the lack of available devices (I think they called is a TWEKR or something like that... cut me a little slack here...

My '07 5 speed came factory with the 3.31's... I have the window stick that states it... and the sticker on the back of the dif cover... ( shrug )

the 3.73's are gonna make the biggest "seat of yer pants" difference there... vs the 3.31's... you didn't mention what the 05 has... my 07 has 3.31's... soon to be 3.55's... but that's just my preference... Based on my very limited knowledge of this platform, sounds like similar mads to...

That's what my understanding of Mass Air was/is - did/does... I'm in the process of reacquainting myself with this stuff, so if I ask a dumb question... it's not dumb to me, it's me trying to unlearn what know from OBD-1 daze...

ok... back in the days of the pushrod 5.0... if you had the speed density variants, you needed a tuner to do anything more than a K&N and cat-back... then Mass Air came along and you didn't really have to worry so much about tuning unless you went forced induction, or full race... What's...

I see the new 2015 Mustang from the perspective of the S195's were built as a classic design with new world technology... whereas the S550 is a new design using classic inspiration... it still has THAT Mustang look and snarl, but is more even tempered, a little more refined, and has matured...

I'm leaning toward the BBK Blackout/BAMA tuner combo... comes with "tunes for life" from AmericanMuscle or the JLT looks like a pretty good option also... yes, composite... not much for chrome here... Thanks!!

OK, I've been through pages upon pages of CAI's and have utterly no idea what this one is. It was on the car when purchased... yes, I know the filter could use a bath... but thanks for noticing... LOL Can anyone give any idea what it is??? Thanks in advance...

did that... all three were smooth as silk and not free spinning... as well as the tensioner pulley.. the belt has no cracks in the ribs at all... is there a way to feather the throttle from under the hood?

ok... yes, that's a lot better info to work with... and I agree with Sparta... a good tune, probably a custom tune would be best, might/should clear that up... option B is the AC eliminator pulley...

How much of a higher rev is it doing?? More details are gonna be needed to get more accurate responses. It will need a tune with all you done anyway... especially the cams... but how high is it "over-revving"?

OK, first, I'm trying to track down a chirping belt, but it doesn't do it at idle. Is the a way to feather the throttle a little from under hood (seeing how there's no throttle cables anymore) With A/C on it comes in around 2600 rpm's, with A/C off, it comes on around 1500 rpm's... Obviously...
