Every morning or everytime after work after first starting the car and giving it a lil rev, it bogs. It only happens at first start up let it idle then a quick rev and it will bog and sorta pop. Any ideas?

When the tank is completely full or close to empty I get a fuel oder in the interior of the car. Any ideas? I can't seem to find holes or leaks or anything in that filler neck area. btw this ia 94 cobra.

I changed my wires, cap + rotors, oil change, seafoam in intake + 1 can for the fuel tank, and changed my fuel filter. My problem mostly resides in the first start up, I will try to rev it up and it almost bogs out. I will sputtered, if I leave it alone to idle it high revs for about 30 secs and...
