I agree....outsourcing for bottom line profit gains is wrong.....Michigan is one of the cheapest states for manufacturing & no reason for it.....and the consumer ends up getting screwed....and if its under warranty ends up being a complete waste of time & money for every body involved.....

Try using Mobil 1 synthetic fluid & maybe a little Lucas trans fix.....should help....my shifts better also when warmed up but fluid helped

Correct.....I have 2003 Mach1 with Tremec 5 speed & it works fine

Just wanted to remind anybody who buys a used car to change the oil, coolant & transmission fluid right away...don't trust whats in it.....made a huge difference in my 2003 / 14,000 miles / one owner

Its all a trade off..I like the fact that you don't see many Mach 1 or Cobras all over town ....the Mach 1 has cheaper insurance & registration fees & I paid cash & did not have to finance & its smaller & gives me more room in the garage

Exactly.....I have a 2003 Mach 1 with 14,000 easy miles & a nice 2007 Honda accord V-6 & love them both..I believe ..whats good is good enough...don't have to have the newest coolest fastest race car available ...hell the pioneers from the 1800's would die to have the vehicles we drive...

Ten four......I made sure this time mine was a one owner car with low miles.....turned out to be like new....transmission & clutch are perfect
