Breaking in new SPEC clutch - having issues.

Alright I drove it around some more tonight.. I had popped the clutch pedal back and heard a noise, sounds like the cable adjusted itself. It engages down a bit more now, and it is not slipping at all anymore.. Im thinking the cable was way too tight and causing the clutch to not fully engage...

    is it atually 260hp

260hp is at the motor.... a stock mustang usually dynos ~230 rwhp. If they are making 245-260hp at the wheels then they are actually making 15-20% more at the motor... Factory HP is not rated at the rear wheel.

    Eibach VS H&R

I owned both Eibach Pros and Sportlines, and now I have H&R sport springs with Koni sports, by far my best setup... I would recommend H&R's although Eibach Pros are a good choice also with some good shocks/struts....

    Useless suspension mods???

Depends on if your going with supersports or sport springs... sport springs only put like a 1.6" drop and the ride an handling is incredible, I would recommend the sport springs... actually your other best thing for suspension is upper and lower control arms, I got mine off ebay for $185...

Mustang GT vs WS6 Trans AM!!!!!!

Its very possible to run them without a power adder, although you need headwork and cams etc... I pull WS6's and SS's in my car, although I have a lot of work done, there is no way a near stock GT is going to hold up with one of them, especially '01 and '02 where they make more power to the...

Mustang GT vs WS6 Trans AM!!!!!!

put some 4.10s in your bitch and run him, it'll be a lot closer.... right now you have absolutely no chance unless he totally spins it off the line and you can jump out in the lead, even then he will catch you quickly especially in third gear.

A few things the '98 are unique with is the fuel rail and I believe fuel pump, pretty much the whole fuel system of the 98 is unique.. when I did a headswap I had to replace the fuelrail with a 97 fuel rail to add an adjustable fuel regulator.... I dont understand Ford sometimes...
